§1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for services provided by ZOEdesign, Tax ID (NIP) 854 233 03 99, in designing and publishing websites.
§2. Order and preview
Before we prepare the website preview, the Client pays a deposit of 500 zł. We prepare the preview within 3 working hours of receiving the materials.
§3. Prices and payments
All prices on this website are net prices. We issue a VAT invoice for every order. The remaining payment is due once the design is approved.
§4. Deposit refund
If the Client does not approve the preview, the deposit is refunded in full within 7 working days.
§5. Publication times
The website goes live within 1–7 working days, depending on the chosen package and on the Client providing complete materials.
§6. Service and complaints
The first 12 months of ZOEplus are included in the website price. Complaints can be sent to michal@zoedesign.dk and are handled within 14 days.
